These terms govern your use of AIReadyKit (aireadykit.io), a product of H2AR Marketing LLC ("we," "us," "our").

The Service

AIReadyKit is an AI visibility audit tool. We scan publicly available website content, analyze how AI systems interpret it, and deliver reports and optimization packages. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, AI mentions, or business outcomes.

Accounts and Purchases

  • Free scans do not require an account
  • Paid scans require an email address and payment via Stripe
  • All paid packages are one-time purchases — no recurring charges unless explicitly stated
  • Prices are in USD

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your paid scan results, contact us at support@aireadykit.io within 7 days of purchase. We will review your case and issue a refund if the deliverables did not meet the described specifications. Refunds are not available for change of mind after deliverables have been downloaded.

What You Get

Paid packages include a PDF audit report and a ZIP package with content files, as described on our pricing page. Deliverables are generated automatically based on your website content at the time of scanning. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information extracted from your website — our system reports what it finds.

Your Responsibilities

  • You must have the right to submit a URL for scanning (you own or manage the website)
  • You are responsible for reviewing and implementing any changes suggested by the audit
  • You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the scanning technology

Intellectual Property

The AIReadyKit scanning pipeline, scoring methodology, and content generation technology are proprietary. Deliverables generated for your business are yours to use freely. The methodology and technology behind them remain ours.

Limitation of Liability

AIReadyKit is provided "as is." We are not liable for business decisions made based on scan results, any loss of revenue or customers, inaccuracies in AI-generated content, or third-party AI systems' behavior after you implement changes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
