AIReadyKit ("we," "us," "our") is a product of H2AR Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

What We Collect

When you use AIReadyKit, we collect:

  • The website URL you submit for scanning
  • Your email address (if you create an account or make a purchase)
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)
  • Basic usage data (pages visited, scan history)

We do not collect personal data from the websites you scan. Our crawler reads publicly available content the same way any search engine or AI system would.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

  • Run your AI visibility scan and generate your report
  • Deliver your purchased deliverables (PDF report, ZIP package)
  • Send you scan results and account-related emails
  • Improve our scanning pipeline and product

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (login sessions) and security (CSRF protection). We also use privacy-focused analytics to understand how people use the product — see the Analytics section below.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to measure basic site usage (page views, referral sources). Plausible is privacy-focused — it does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect personal data. All data is aggregated.

We also use PostHog for product analytics (feature usage, session recordings) to improve the product experience. PostHog data is retained on US infrastructure and is not shared with third parties.

Data Storage

Your scan data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Neon PostgreSQL for metadata, Cloudflare R2 for files). Scan results are retained for 12 months unless you request deletion.

  • Stripe for payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
  • Resend for transactional email (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy)
  • Cloudflare for file storage and security
  • Railway for backend hosting
  • Netlify for frontend hosting
  • Plausible for privacy-focused web analytics (plausible.io/privacy)
  • PostHog for product analytics (posthog.com/privacy)

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@aireadykit.io. We will respond within 30 days.
